The median sales price in 40206 has made a small jump since last year, as it held steady from 2020 to 2021. This area has a historically stable price point, and given the location inside the Watterson, it will likely remain stable and appreciate in value.
Days on the market is where you can really see the impact of a low inventory environment; however, this zipcode doesn’t seem to have the consistent drop that other areas in Louisville do. You can see the increase from 22 days in 2021 to 29 in 2022. It will be interesting to see if this pace continues, as it’s the complete opposite of what we’re used to seeing.
