At one point I even asked if we were their only clients because I felt like they were so attentive to us. They were incredibly professional to the home owners of the houses we looked at and were always on time or early. With our specific situation (being 3 time zones away) they were open to using multiple modes of communication (facetime email conference call) to facilitate all of us being on the same page.
